Welcome to my range of sven-force books which I designed for using in my own performances and had professionally printed.

They are A5 in size and work on the svengali principle so when the pages are flicked one way they show different options whereas flicking the other then you will always select the force page.

Sven-Force A5 Books

The Cocktail Menu contains Aperol Spritz, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Sex on the Beach, Gin and Tonic, Margarita, Manhattan, Pornstar Martini, Old Fashioned, Pina Colada and Tiki Mai Tai.

The Must Visit Cities booklet contains Paris, New York, Rome, London, Tokyo, Dubai, Cape Town, Amsterdam, Sydney, Edinburgh, Barcelona and Berlin.

How to Use

When I use these books on stage I ask a spectator to say stop and I flick through the book myself whereas if close-up or parlour I place the book face up on the spectators left hand with the long outer edge facing them. I ask the spectator to use their right hand thumb to flick up through the pages whilst I put pressure on top of the book with a finger so that the pages cannot fully open. They "pick" a page and then lift it up to view and remember their selection.

Additional Routine You can also use this as a book test rather than a force. You could ask someone to "choose" a cocktail and remember the first ingredient or "choose" a city and read the first fact about that place. You could then read their mind and either say or draw the thought of information.
